Summary: Small is beatiful
Review: Lt Col George Forty has produced a small but verry informative book about special forces, SF today. The book is also intresting beacouse it has recenly been published, 2002 - many SF books of international forces are older today. Forty has written about many countries such as Finland and Sweden. The books covers in other words new units for the public. Some units have got more space in the book, such as the israeli troops. There is also an intresting picture of israeli SF insignas.
Pictures? Many of the pictures are brand new to the reader (I have a lot of SF books) - and thats of course nice for the SF book collector.
The secon part of the book tells you about Police Forces of the World- specialised teams - intresting! Front picture of this chapter comes from Sweden, Nationella Insatsstyrkan - National Task force. The chapter tells you about many different units in the world, with fine pictures.
The size of the book is small, but the information in the book is good, so I recomend it to everyone that is intrested in SF troops today - and for those who collect such litterature.
