Summary: be prepared to focus real hard on this one
Review: This book is a really hard read. It is broken down into regions and countries. Beyond the first couple of chapters I had to put it down and keep it as a reference book. Most of the information was repetative and didn't really give a huge amount of insight. Way too slow a read and very little information using too many words. .
