Review: I am glad to see the 'Luftwaffe' literature enriched by excellent books like this. Can't wait to see Mr Mombeek's new series of JAGDWAFFE.

Summary: excellent never seen before photos and text
Review: I was impressed with the rarity of the pictures, and the identification of the personnel, aircraft and locations. Many of the pilots were only names until I read this book. It is a great boost to historians to be able to "put a face" with the text. Also photos of rare aircraft flown by the Luftwaffe were rewarding. Rewarding in the sense that they were not the "boiler plate" photos used in most books about the Luftwaffe. The book can also be used as a reference for future works and questions concerning the use of such aircraft.
