Summary: Bible, Concordance, & 4 Lexicons: All in One Book
Review: Additionally the Bible has an introduction to each book, exegetical notes, center column references, grammatical helps, and a Bible atlas. Key words are noted with the Strong's Concordance numbers, which serve as cross references to the lexicons in the back of the book. The lexicons consist of "Lexical Aids to the Old Testament," "Hebrew Chaldee Dictionary," "Lexical Aids to the New Testament," and "Greek Dictionary of the New Testament." Both the lexical aids and the dictionaries use the Strong's Concordance numbering system.

I'm not a fan of the NASB, but of the 40+ Bibles in my library, this is the one I reach for most often.

Summary: Excellent research and comentaries
Review: Even my english is not my native language, I use Key bible to look the verbs and strong words. It is interesting that none of the spanish bibles (i am a costarican) have any of the Key qualities.

Also you can read other bibles, but Key really hit the spot in bible studying, as you begin to grow in the bible and want a more miningfull answer.

Praise the Lord for Spiros Zodhiates and his team of collegues in this extraordinary usefull bible.

Summary: Good resource but BEWARE OF BAD THEOLOGY IN FOOTNOTES
Review: I bought this Bible becasue of the Greek and Hebrew Notes which are an indespensible resource. BUT this Bible is saturated with the false doctrines of dispensationalism. I may not have bought it if I would have been aware of it. Still, the Greek and Hebrew notes and parsing guides are great.

If you buy it, don't be decieved by the false theology in the footnotes that the editors added.

Summary: Niv Hebrew-Greek Key Word Study Bible
Review: I have been studying the Bible for a few years now, but lately I have started using the Hebrew-Greek study Bible and it has really helped in my understanding of God's word. If you are serious about understanding the Bible, you have to understand the original text it was written in. I strongly recommend this Bible.

Summary: Excellent In-depth Study Bible!!
Review: I love this bible. It's one of the best that I have! (Other Bibles: NIV Life Application and KJV Thompson Chain Reference Bible and KJV Horizontal Harmony of the 4 Gospels in Parallel Columns)Reading the bible and understanding the full meaning of the words in Hebrew and Greek has open my eyes to many themes in words used in different passages from the Old and the New Testament. It has a mini-Strong's Concordance that goes with it which gives it portability without having to bring the Strong's Concordance around. A definite Bible you must have in order to have a deeper study of the Word. The other bible you can get is Thompson Chain Reference Bible which helps you to study themes in the bible.

Summary: For the Christian on the "MEAT"
Review: Pro's:
KJV - Poetic and a literal translation
Strong Numbers - so you can study the origianl language and come away with a deeper meaning for God's Word.
Comentary - Some very useful comentary and historical in-sights.

Con's:
Strong Numbers - Incomplete, selective words. Suggest getting a complete Strongs Concordance to go with this study Bible.
Price - Kind of expensive. If you already have a KJV Bible, suggest getting a Strongs instead. If you can afford it, buy it.......!

Summary: Good Home Reference Bible
Review: The Hebrew Greek Key Word Study Bible is largely a standard cross-referenced text, save for two significant features. Firstly, it has numbers for most of the Hebrew (Old Testament) or Greek (New Testament) words that don't translate perfectly into English. These can be looked up in a partial dictionary in the back, or in a Strong's dictionary (the included one is just an excerpt with the most common words). Secondly, it has numerous 'key' footnotes that explain difficult passages, or add insight to certain Biblical events.

Both of these features are done well. Truth be told, if you own a Strong's dictionary you don't really need the references, but it does help to see the notes right there. The dictionary in the back is somewhat clumsy. I prefer to use an electronic one for number lookups. The key notes are generally very well done.

Lexical aids are provided for the more important Hebrew and Greek words, and provide additional explanation of translation and meaning. There's even guides for pronunciation and grammar, if you're interested. A useful concordance is also included, as well as 8 pages of high quality maps.

As for the Bible itself, the hardcover edition lacks a built-in bookmark but has a cover that's generally more durable than the bonded leather version (I haven't yet seen a genuine leather edition, so I can't speak for that). It measures 9.25x6.25x1.75 inches and weighs enough to make a desk useful for reading. This is why I can't recommend this Bible for travel. Additionally, there isn't much space in the margins for taking notes, especially if the center column is filled with references. The back cover also looks more like an advertisement than anything else, which is likely due to the absence of a box. The binding is of minimal quality, glued together rather than sewn. The pages are of sub-average quality, aren't quite opaque, and easily bleed through. I have also spotted an occasional (quite rare) error in the references, as well.

If you have a hard copy or electronic Strong's, this Bible is a great counterpart for it. It's also useful for anyone that wants to take the time to go a bit deeper into the meaning of the original Hebrew/Greek manuscripts. In all, I recommend this Bible despite its flaws.

Summary: Perfection
Review: The Hebrew-Greek Key Word Study Bible is the best book that I have ever had the pleasure of studying. There are true riches in this book that the diligent student will ascertain upon an in-depth study. It is fully loaded with lexical aids and grammatical codes that are notated throughout the Holy scriptures. The Strongs Dictionary is a tremendous help in understanding the correct Hebrew and Greek definition of our English words. Anyone that desires to know God's word completely must have the Hebrew-Greek Key Word Study Bible in his or her arsenal. A strong desire to know the Lord more personally and intimately will prompt the reader to perform extensive research. This Bible has all of the hidden treasures that are waiting to be discovered and used by its persevering reader. I thoroughly enjoy uncovering the riches of God's love and nature that are so prevalent in this book. The Hebrew-Greek Key Word Study Bible is a force to be reckoned with. Why? God is the author and His book is an all-time best seller. Kudos and then some!!

Summary: Great Language Helps, Poor Notes
Review: The New American Standard and the excellent Hebrew-Greek helps make this Bible a must have for all serious students of God's Word (John 8:31-32). This Bible offers the reader the rare opportunity to catch glimpses of the deeper meanings of various Hebrew and Greek words. The words are underlined and numbered to help the reader. The Hebrew-Greek dictionary is helpful and the Word Studies section is also informative.

The drawbacks I have found with this Bible is first the poor quality of the leather. Again, the mass market productions have hit this Bible as well. Older editions are probably better made but I have not seen any. Second, the notes that are found in this study Bible are based on the author's ideas and theology. I would prefer not to have them in. They are more of a distraction that a help. If you come from a Reformed or Arminian background, you will probably not enjoy the notes found in this Bible.

However, this Bible is a must have for deeper studies despite the poor production and the personal study notes from the authors.

Summary: okay
Review: this bible is okay. but the problem with this and other biblical word studies is that they don't really teach anything about greek, hebrew or aramaic and are thus misleading to layman. the best idea would be to use a grammar or any other language-learning tool.
