Review: Haass using timely examples to reinforce his arguments. Most recent major U.S. interventions are included in his book. He does a very good job of detailing why the U.S. should intervene and how the U.S. should. He has many appendices, which contain some very hard to find documents. It's easy to read, not like some other PoliSci texts I've read, and he keeps you interested throughout the book.
