Review: This is a great book. I have several Dummies books and they are all very good. This is a subject, however, that could use some real hands-on, in person support. I run a non-profit, faith based lifeskills training center called Lydia's House. You can find it on-line at www.lydias-house.org. Don't dismiss this book, though. It's worth it's price.
