Summary: Great so far!
Review: This book starred at our beach house this summer. Although I've only made two recipes so far, others have also cooked from it with great success. The recipes are simple and the ingredients are often on the shelf or easily found. at the local grocery. Many recipes are reminicent of comfort foods and camping trips, but current ingredients are used as well. Good organization, nice recommended menus, clear instructions, a pleasant read. I jotted down five recipes to tide me over until I could get home to order the book.
