Summary: Perfect for the novice
Review: Good if, IF, you are seriously considering remodeling your home on your own, but have very little finish carpentry experience. This book will give you good instructions on how to do interior work (window trim, closet shelving, parquet flooring, doors, wainscots, et al), but it is not for the true beginner. Some experience in all of the tools is necessary as this book does not explain their usage, only the specific requirements for these projects. Additionally, the instructions are not really step-by-step, some concepts are assumed and wood-working experience is required to fill in the gaps.But as I said, weekend carpenters will benefit well from this book if they are looking to move inside.
