Review: Even if you don't feel compelled to cook for your feline friends, Anne Davis's illustrations are a joy to behold! She catches all the nuances of cat expressions, ranging from sly bliss to rank disdain.

Review: great recipes for kitties. Even have recipes for kitties with special dietary needs. Still have to wait for my cat to test drive some of the recipes though.

Summary: WARNING!!!
Review: If this book is, as claimed, "vet approved" then the vet that gave the OK to this book should lose his license to practice. Many of the recipes in this book contain onions, and quite a bit of onion in some of them. Onions cause the destruction of red blood cells - Heinz Body Anemia - in cats (and other animals) and should NOT be fed to cats AT ALL. Feeding onions to a sick cat is especially dangerous, and cat owners that are looking for recipes to try to tempt a sick cat to eat should be especially careful and stay away from this book. There is no excuse for such a major oversight and makes this book not only a waste of money, but puts some pet owners in a position where they could harm their cats unknowingly. I wanted to give this book *0* stars, but the lowest option Amazon gives for reviews is 1.
