Summary: Did not like illustrations
Review: I think that this book has some good ideas for beginners as far as (1) how to lay out fabric, (2) how to make basic slipcover patterns, etc.; however, the illustrations in the book are almost child-like in presentation.

Review: It was good to show the same chair with three different looks, and the how-to diagrams were good if sketchy. But I found the watercolour illustrations rather mimsy.
