Rating: Summary: I like it with crackers Review: My mom always made us kids' homemade soup when we were growing up. Chicken, vegetable, bean and all the other standard soups.I bought this book to try and bring back those memories. The directions are very specific, well written and clear. The only problem I have is I do not recognize any of these soups and they are just not agreeable with my palate. Maybe it's some kind of cultural difference. Anyway I'll keep trying them and hopefully I'll develop a taste for these rather perfumed soups.
