Review: Decorative Borders goes beyond the average, plain, frames for finished needlework. Many of these borders are works of art that can stand on their own. I am especially fond of the floral borders, but there are also instructions for borders appropriate for children, kitchen, beach settings, etc. This is a wonderful book for someone who is looking for a small project.
