Review: This book seems to provide complete information, though anecdotal, about compo- production and molding. The lack of clear diagrams is a disadvantage, too. The author obviously knows the ins and outs of compo, but could have presented it in clearer fashion - with diagrams, times, temperatures, recipes, and lists, rather than narratives and warnings. It is hard to find exactly the infomration you need without digging into the text. Also, an index would have been very helpful. Overall, the only book I have found that reveals the composition of various compo formulae, so is valuable in that regard.
