The projects inside are imaginative, and for the most part fairly simple. The instructions are sufficiently detailed and well illustrated.

The downside is that it relies quite a bit on materials from craft stores, such as glass balls, foam cones, stars and balls and so on, that are not easy to come by in my part of the world. I would have liked to have more projects that could be done with found or recycled objects.

The photographs however, provide the inspiration to use substitutes where possible, to try to achieve the eye catching results.
