Review: This book has it all. There is so much essential detail here. She covers fabic, color, equipment, cutting, speed piecing, hand piecing, machine piecing, how to make templates, assembly, a library of pieced blocks, various piecing examples, patchwork, every type of applique that exists probably, then... quilting: trapunto, sashiko, hand & machine and finally finishing, borders, binding, also included are templates for quilts. Whew. I do love this book it has shown me what styles I might like to try that I would not have considered, and some that I know I will never want to do after reading.
