They give detailed advise on the hows and whys of taking a group of handlers through a successful session. The fundamental point of the handbook is that training a dog is one thing - but, teaching a class how to train their dogs is quite different. Remarkably well written and entertaining: a MUST for all training directors and should be in all dog club and dog school libraries.
