Review: My mother brought this home from the library and, having little else to do, I glanced through it. I was surprised to find a great deal of vivid pictures and interesting craft ideas. This book contains projects ranging from clothing to switch plates. The detailed instructions make the crafts easy to understand and create. With this book I could make unique crafts for my home. I could use my own ideas in conjunction with McCowen's book to form contemporary pieces. His ideas are helpful for making distinct crafts, and not just western ones.
