Review: This truly is a GIANT book of cats! I just got this book and love the many color photos and illustrations. It is very informative about the many coat colors and textures and also has sections on Looking After Your Cat, Reproduction, The Five Ages of the Cat, The Elderly Cat, and Natural Healthcare, among others. There is a section devoted to selective breeding and explains dominant and recessive genes. I particularly like the explanations for the origins of specific breeds and the characteristics of those breeds. This book is definitely a must have for every cat breeder and fancier's library.
