Review: carol doak provides the best printed beginning directions for paper piecing. especially her book on miniatures. it is accompanied by an optional package of preprinted foundations. she even explains the cutting guestimates best by giving you all the cutting recipes for the quilts in that book

Review: There is step-by-step instructions with photos that takes the beginner to more advanced concepts. This is a good book.

Review: This was my first book on paper piecing. Therefore, I needed to understand the method of doing this in an easy format. I felt that this was not accomplished in the writing. I also had someone try to interpret the directions and they were also unable to do so. Luckily I found on the internet simple instructions on doing this method and now enjoy it. I don't recommend this book, if you want to learn how to do this for this first time.
