Review: Quilting with Manhole Covers was a gift that I have thoroughly enjoyed. It takes your imagination beyond the traditional approach and shows quilting ideas in everything around you, even underfoot. I especially like the line-drawing for each design. The color illustrations get my creative juices flowing.

Review: Since I got in the habit of looking at manhole cover designs in San Diego, where I grew up, I was tickled to come across this title while looking for another book (Omeyagi). I loved it, very interesting and beautiful to look at. Almost inspired me to actually sew something, but I managed to overcome the feeling. I'm not a quilter, but I like to read about quilts and buy them. I recommend this book highly.
