Review: Book is presented with chapters covering everything from the foundation to roof shingles. This book is oriented toward construction and planning with excellent instructions, diagrams and tables. If you are an advanced do-it-yourselfer or carpenter you will appreciate this book. Many other "building" books are fluff, with pretty color pictures - this book has the detail you need to plan and build pretty much any type of home, garage or utility building. The best contruction book I have seen. I am using the book to help build a 34 x 36 horse barn.
