Summary: Excellent source for many industries
Review: I found Gibb's book to contain a comprehensive list of drivers, benefits, and impediments to prework. It also covers decision making and implementation well. Most of the many case studies are slanted towards building technologies (as opposed to industrial and civil applications). However, it is clear that lessons in one industry can be easily transferred to others. Overall the book is a good reference and will have a place in the literature reviewed by my research team.
