Review: There is MUCH more info here re: dogs. One glaring omission is re: diarrhea. Over-the-counter medicines for dogs are listed; none listed for cats (ones listed cannot be given to cats; this is stated in the book). This is just one example of the bias in this book towards dogs. Don't waste your money if you own a cat!!

Review: This book covers just about anything you'll run across with your cat and/or dog. Each entry is fully explained, and contains separate paragraphs concerning what you action(s) you can take and what your vet will do if consulted. It's a very useful reference.
