Making and Using Mustards

Review: This book is actually a 31 page pamphlet rather than a paperback book. The information on making mustard is woefully short, the bulk of the book being rather pedestrian recipes for using mustard.

The recipies remind me of the ones on that back of store packages. Most of them seem to have mustard included simply so the recipies can be included in this book.
