Review: I originally purchased this book back in 1981 when I got my first aquarium. It was 125 gallons!! I knew that I needed help! I just happened to choose this book, along with about 5 others. I never laughed so hard about the Pirannahs and the breeding Oscars!! I am an avid reader, but once I have read a book I do not care to read it again, I read this book at least 4-5 times! During a move and the process of divorce the book dissappeared, I was very upset. I cannot wait to get my fishy little hands on it again!!! Thank-you for parting with it! Deb

Review: My sister gave me this book for my birthday when I was [age] (1980). I had just started my fish keeping hobby and was hungry for information.

This book gave me that and more. In addition to the cute illustrations and informative charts, it had an interesting story about Mr. Bodie's journey into becoming a fish doctor.

Review: This book is chock full of information and is presented in a delightfully entertaining manner that encourages the reader to start at page one and go to the end. It will turn all that read it into an aquarium entusiast. I have read it three times over the last 20 years, and each time hve been amused and enthused. I am now passing it on to my children to read, and they are finding it to be their favorite too. A MUST READ!
