Everything in it came true! My flower vendor tried to change the conditions of our agreement at the last minute. Luckily, I had a written agreement thanks to the advice in this book, which seemed to startle them when they tried to pull the last minute change. Why not a 5? I'm not crazy about the title and I thought it needed more illustrations. That's about it. Everything else is great and it's definitely worth it. I especially like the fact that it lies flat. And it's funny.
