Review: This is the best book which I have seen in the market, which has covered all the TOPICS for PE-CIVIL EXAM, AND GEOTECHNICAL AFTERNOON EXAM.
It has a systematic Index mentioning all the various topics, which saves lot of time in exam.
In ple foundation you will be able to see the example all the way up to elastic settlement, also pile foundation in sandy soil, where as most of the books talk for only clays.

In short if you use it then you yourself realize the difference.
