Review: The book covers many examples of relief carving and lettering not found in other books of its type. The section on wood engraving and use of the v-tool is particularly interesting. There are challenging projects included, but step by step plans do not accompany some of them. The book is not for beginners. Mr. Norbury covers not only a wide range of skills but uses varied subjects as well.
