Summary: This book is not like I thought it would be
Review: The reason why my rating for this book is so low is that I don't feel that it is very helpful in creating a wedding. The book shows basic techniques as for stitching, but it mainly only addresses a few important aspects of a beautiful wedding such as ring bearer's pillow, bride's garter, invitations, flower girl's basket and bridal accessoires such as gloves, shoes and hair decoration.I felt that this book was no big help in the decision on how to decorate the ceremony or the reception place and that some of the wedding aspects mentioned above were not covered in appropriate depth. Instead this book seems to focus a lot on how to preserve wedding memories including how to make a keepsake wedding album. I was very disappointed because I thought that this book would cover all the basics and mainly concentrate on the ceremony and the reception.
So in other words anyone who is looking for a book that shows how to make a wide range of necessary, useful and basic things for their wedding shouldn't buy this book, because this resource is not sufficient for that purpose. At the other hand someone who has books that cover (most) the basics and feels like receiving some new ideas they probably didn't think of some of the 'little nicknack ideas' mentioned in this book and should have fun with it. It does suggest some really cute crafts.
