Rating: Summary: A guide to reorient ranchers from cows to grass Review: Nation collected his colums to give the reader a concise version of his thoughts in developing low input grass farming. He focuses on the cow(or other ruminant) as the harvester and emphasizes grass, grass, and more grass. The subject matter is almost immateriel as the basic premise of the book is to think outside the box. I recommend this book to thinking ranchers. Those who want a recipe for grazing should look elsewhere.
