Summary: Better for fabricaholics
Review: This is a good book, with wonderful information, but it makes the assumption that the reader has a large fabric stash. For beginning quilters, who don't have a pool of fabric on hand to draw from, another book on color may be better. The author has the reader pull fabric from their stash and put small pieces on worksheets. She does give you some tips that can be used without going through the exercises, but to get the full benefit of this book, you really need a stash of fabric.
