Rating: Summary: A whopping good time! Review: An in depth collection of esoteric essays from the early 20th century. Subjects covered include meditation, drugs, veiled references to ritual sex, yoga, art, literature, magickal history, current (early 20th century) occult topics. The literary reviews are hilarious, if you are familiar with the subject. The advertisments in the back are fascinating.
Rating: Summary: Extremely interesting, contains many rare works Review: Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law. This is by far one of the most interesting continuations of The Equinox series around. Not only does it contain rare works by Aleister Crowley, but also "Liber DCL vel de Fons Aqua Vitae" by Marcello Motta, and classic poetry and essays by Ray Eales. Even David Bersson makes an appearance! If you are tired of Equinox books that are just nicely-reissued compilations of previously available works, seek this one out and revel in the many original works presented. Nicely bound red-hardcover, that has lasted me for a good 3 years now, to boot! Love is the law, love under will.
Rating: Summary: The Best Collection of Crowley available! Review: This collection is a compendium of the first ten years of "The Equinox", Crowley's bi-annual journal of magickal, qabalistic, and mystical fiction, essays and poetry. If only there was a magickal journal today of such a calibur. It contains many rare works of Crowley and his colleagues. It is definately worth the price.

Rating: Summary: Equinox Volume 1 Numbers 1-10 complete set in two books Review: This edition, published by Weiser in 1992 and limited to a circulation of only 1,000 copies, was a steal of a deal while it lasted. If you see one [at auction], snag it! Nicely bound, hardcover edition with clear dust cover. First published in 1929, Weiser has gone to lengths to reproduce the first edition accurately. A must have for those concerning themselves with the Great Work.

Rating: Summary: Equinox Volume 1 Numbers 1-10 complete set in two books Review: This is it. If you are reading this and are unsure, all I can say is that this set is a work of genius. It is not, however, fitting for everyone.
