Summary: The most powerful account of true romance I have ever read
Review: This was a powerful, moving tale of two souls who had been searching for each other for an entire lifetime...and beyond. I am glad I had the good fortune to experience the romance between Francesca and Kincaid. I am the better for reading this novel, and I will remember it always.

Summary: I Loved It
Review: I loved it! I had the same experience, but I was the one that was traveling and came upon him. I'll remember him for the rest of my life,

Summary: touching n' eerie
Review: i am surprised at the readers' dislike for the book. i think it was great, it moved me. but i do call it eerie coz of robert's love for francesca. it was amazing how he holds on to her even though he knows they aren't going to be together. that's the power of love, i'll say. i did it give it to my boyfriend as a present too and the reason was that i knew he and i weren't going to be able to be together either, so i thought i'd let him him know thru this book how he'll always be with me. of course, my duffer boyfriend didn't get it though, till today (i think). men! (sigh)

Summary: Complete drivel
Review: I only read this book because it was given to me as a gift. Some gift. I heard it took Robert Waller 8 days to write this drivel. That was 7 days too many!

Summary: you either love it or hate it
Review: I suppose it depends on the frame of mind one reads this book it. I am usually averse to romance novels, and the reason I bought book is because this is all the bookshop at the train station had before I boarded my train. However, I was pleasantly surprised - the simplicity of the language and presentation just highlights how close to real life this book is. I loved it - it was a good way to spend two hours alone in a journey.

Summary: This is a tailor made story for real life
Review: This is a reality story that it happens always in our life. I can only say that the reader must be well experienced with an affair.

Absoultely no doubt.

Summary: ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Review: This was the most over-rated book I have EVER read

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Please do not read this book
Review: I had to read this book in school. After the first chapter I could tell that I would not enjoy this novel. The characters were not realistic. This was especially true of Francesca's children who seemed totally ok with the fact that Francesca cheated on her husband. Some people say that they were moved by this novel, I was not. All the pseudo-romantic babble (Cowboy, Falcon) made me feel ill. Not because it failed to move me, but because some people actually like it and think that this is good stuff.

Summary: THE WORST PIECE OF TRASH I'VE EVER READ.
Review: Pure garbage. This book was recommended to me by a friend - some friend! The quality of the writing is so POOR, I'm at a loss for words trying to describe it. I'm embarassed to admit I read it.

Summary: eecchhh!
Review: I admire Mr. Waller's ability to get paid big bucks for this cheese-infested, inane muck. Heck, if he can get published, maybe I have a chance too. The only good thing about BOMC is that it provided hours of entertainment for my classmates who read it out loud and rolled on the floor laughing at the sappy cliched dialogue. I am the arrow and you are my quiver. Ecchh!
