Summary: This is a superb book .Sheldon has done it again!!
Review: Despite the negative comments people have for this book, I think that it is still good. Yeah, yeah, I know that the plot is what people might call cliched, but the tone ,the language and Sheldon's aptitude for just making things seem so... real so...different so...new make this book a have-to-get.. so... don't hesitate just get it!!

Summary: This book I'd been saving for a real treat was a downer.
Review: After being released from surgery in the hospital,I'd been looking forward to my favorite -Sidney Sheldon - and found this multiple personality book extremely morbid. He is an absolute master as an author and hope he comes out soon with a real delight as he usually does.

Summary: The book is not for entertainment, but for enlightenment.
Review: Sheldon will always be my favourite writer, although I believe the storyline in this book was not very innovative when regarding his previous books. As a novel, the book was not very exciting for an experienced Sheldon reader. I understood the characters and their roles immediately, and I expected the events before they arrived, which made me loose interest. The end was although very well written, as I begun to understand the underlying reasons for it all, and I begun sympatising and justifying Ashleys rage and hate. I HOPE THAT THIS BOOK WILL SCARE CERTAIN PEOPLE AWAY FROM THEIR CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN.

Summary: COME ON! SOME OF YOU REVIEWERS NEED TO GIVE SHELDON A BREAK!
Review: I thought this book was great! I could hardly put it down! I can't believe some of the reviews people have written about this book. People have their opinions though. This filled with twists and turns and at some points could be scary. Sidney Sheldon gives Nora Roberts a run for her money!

Summary: PERFECT
Review: I definitely still regard Sheldon as one of the most intelligent and unique authors of the century. This book has given me a lot of new insights about the human mind and how much childhood affects a person's life. Sheldon undoubtedly has the ability to surprise and mystify us with his unique plots.

Summary: Disappointing
Review: I read every one of Sidney Sheldon's books and loved them. This one was awful! I can't believe I bought it in hard cover!

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Absorbing but no major twists or surprises
Review: I have read a lot of Sheldon's novels - this one was a bit disappointing. It was very educational nevertheless. To me, it was very predictable at every step and I don't remember being surprised. It didn't have the normal twists normally associated with Sheldon's novels. However, like most of his novels, it was absorbing and difficult to put away. His writing style is still there but the plot does not compare to his earlier novels. I am glad that I may be able to understand mentally ill people better now that I have read this book.

Summary: A sad disappointed person in San Diego CA.
Review: Sounds like a test case for a psyc. class. What a waste of time and money. Can't imagine such a talent writing a book like this. Will always check the back of his next book for Autors Notes. Just Awful!!!!!

Summary: His magic is gone!
Review: This book reminded me of "Malice" first. But then the story began to unfold in a different direction, so I "had to" go on reading it. Nevertheless, twists and turns Mr. Sheldon almost always manages to embrace to sustain the attention of his readers never came till the end. I can see he is trying to give a new facade to his book by introducing elements like multiple personality disorder (MPD) and the Internet to make it look more up-to-date. But it did not work for me. Not this time. This may simply be because I am skeptical about MPD, or the book appears to be an aggregate of randomly selected ingredients of his earlier books.
