Summary: NBC's attempt to market the book and not the show...
Review: should steer viewers and readers away from a book that can only be appreciated by long-term visitors to the New England town of Harmony. An attempt to jump-start a show that sits near the bottom of the Nielsen Ratings, Hidden Passions should please hardcore viewers but those looking for a true soap opera fix should instead look for one of the well-researched and written history books on specific shows.

Summary: Pricey for Canadians but still good!
Review: Hey,I live in Canada, and have been watching Passions since it first came on! I just got the book, but from what I have read so far it's good! They introduce about Katherine Crane(Sheridan's mom). In Canada the book is $41.20(includes gst), more then I would usually pay for a book but I couldn't resist!. I can't wait to read the rest!

Review: A must read for all Passions fans. I had no idea how much of a past each character of the show had. Where the show skimps the book splurges! Its like having a soap opera in a book. There are many twists and turns, lies and betrayals, I couldn't put it down! Not only will this book entertain Passions fans, but all fans of the Romance novel genre. I will recomend it to all my friends whether they watch Passions or not

Summary: What A Dissapointment!
Review: As a long time viewer of Passions, I thought this book would be as much fun as the show, but I found it to be silly and incredibly juvenile. Perhaps the authors were aiming at a younger, less educated market, but the level of the writing is almost insulting to one's intelligence! I suppose it does a good job of telling the stories behind everyone's favorite characters, but that's only if you can get through the sacchrine sweetness and absolutely childish writing level. I think I'll stick to watching the soap on tv from now on...I wish I could get my money back!

Review: I just got this book the day it came out..... jan 23rd. It has been really hard for me to pull away from it. If you are a true PASSIONS fan or a newbie who wants some background info on the characters of Harmony then this Book is a must have! It makes watching the show more interesting because you have a more in depth look on the past lives of most of the characters. I'm now through chapter 14 and I can't wait to finish it!

Review: I didn't expect to like this book, thought it would be too light and silly. It was, in fact, light and silly but also wicked good fun. How can one resist Tabitha and wouldn't you know she'd dedicate the book to her one and only Tim-Tim? How I love them. When's the sequel coming out? I hope sooner than the next Harry Potter!

Summary: A Must Read for the viewers
Review: As a long time viewer of Pasions, I have grown to love this show. Hidden Passions is a must read for all watchers of the show and those that want to learn about Passions. In it we learn some of the secrets that control the past of many of the Adults in Harmony. Answering many of the questions about what really happened between these people and why the anger and hatred amongst them. The book fills in only some of the gaps and leaves us wanting more. Those that read the book and haven't seen the show will still enjoy it. It stands alone and would be a good introduction to the show for them. But even if you never watch the show, you should still enjoy the book. As I said, this book only tells part of the story and leaves you wanting for more. I hope that "Hidden Passions" has a sequel that tells us even more about the past of this highly enjoyable show.
