Rating: Summary: Entertaining Book Review: This was the first book I read about the Irish Civil War time period. I found it to be very enjoyable. However, there are parts in the book that seem to be fabrications of the author. He tends to "guess" what people, particularly Sir Roger Casement, are thinking. Despite this, the book captures the feelings of the times, and is a great springboard into 20th century Irish troubles.
