Review: Regardless of what you think of Said's politics, this book is simply magisterial. Especially the title essay. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in literary theory, philosophy, cultural studies, etc. -- regardless of your area of specialization. With Said, the method counts more than the content. Enjoy.
