Summary: imagery at its finest
Review: Saul Williams never ceases to amaze me, "She" creates terrific imagery thru written word. "She" is a very inspired writing that will touch the soul of almost anyone who reads (or listens) to it. Pictures have never been created so effortlessly with words.The poems are very complex works, but Saul has made each one extremely easy to read. (A feat not easily accomplished) The CD only adds to the enjoyment of this work. I am a relatively new Saul Williams fan and can't wait for whats next!

Summary: Saul Williams' poetry excites and inspires
Review: Saul Williams' poetry blows me away. I am amazed at his intellect. I never tire of reading his poems over and over again. I envy his ability with the written word. A bonus is the CD that comes with "She." You will never be able to translate a poem as the poet him/herself can, so it's a treat to hear him read his own poems.

Review: this dude is definately on another plane...he's not trying to be a thug or a playa..sometimes, his lines go over my head, and sometimes i get it and say goddamn...too many poets have been fakin the funk..finally we have a poet that matters...
