Summary: Great Book for Aspiring Medics!
Review: I am hoping to be a medevac pilot in the army, so I thought I would read this book to get some kind of a feel for the civilian side of air ambulance. I found this book to be excellent. I really enjoyed the descriptions of the medical conditions and the way Pat paints such a clear picture of the medevac life. I would give the book 5 stars but some of the sappiness got to me at times. All in all, one of the best books I've read in a while.

Review: I have read alot of books pretty much a book or two a week. this is the first book that made me cry. Pat takes you threw that hard times and the good times being a Flight nurse. This book Is a Must read if you want to go into the Emergance Feild, to be a Cop, Doctor, Paramedic, EMT, Fire Fighter, Its a must read.

Summary: This is a must-have for anyone connected with E.M.S.!
Review: This book is a little slow getting started, but a few chapters into it you don't want to put it down! Also, it has one of those endings that will truly surprise you. I would imagine that this type of book is long overdue for E.M.S. people, as there aren't too many realistic novels dealing with their profession.

Review: Want to take a look at the insides of a Flight Care program and the lives of the medics/pilots/nurses? This is the book, a near to true life account that is wilder than any rollercoaster ride you have been on. Great book, a must for any one interested in EMS. Trauma Junkies absolute must read!

Review: While reading this book, I was unable to put it down. I felt like I was right there with the crew. I laughed aload and I cried while reading this book. It just kept you reading. I can not say enough about this book. I would refer this book to anyone to read.
