Summary: Insightful and Feeling
Review: The depth of JJ Tindall's works is incomparable to any other poetry I've ever read. It's as if he's inside your brain, reading it with the lightface on, feeling the jive blinking in the background. Very attractive and enthralling!

Summary: Excellent !
Review: This is a book that I've owned for many years (since it first came out in 1990). I read the entire thing at least once a year, and every time, I get different images from it. I'm not a big fan of "poems", unless it's by Edgar Allan Poe. Can't wait for another Tindall collection ! I highly recommend it to anyone who has a soul...

Summary: Tindall's poetry speaks to me...
Review: Tindall plumbs the depths of human experience, and wears his feelings on his sleeve unashamedly. Grief, disgust, lust, awe, regeneration and more are brought to life through vibrant verse and symbolism. I re-read this book after my own father died, and it literally brought me to tears. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has recently lost his or her father.
