Summary: William Vollmann's name on this book says it all
Review: ...Literotica is one of the steamiest erotic anthologies I have ever read. Its no-holds-barred approach to uninhibited sex is what I enjoy the most. My favorite stories are "Still Life with Teeth," "Lunch with Rita," "Amber," and "Indigo." These stories are guaranteed to leave you wanting more -- so to speak. Thus, I suggest that you pick up this gem.

I admit to being a long term contributor to Literotica as PAUL C.Not all the subject matter was necessarily to my taste but all the stories are very well crafted and well written. To regular visitors to such sites as Literotica some of the stories may be over long and the sex scenes not as explicit as they would be used to. That said, if it is an erotic read you are looking for rather than porn then this is probably as good as any you will find.

Summary: over-irritated
Review: I have to put my opinion out there since I feel others could benefit from it. I did not like this selection at all. I feel that Selke has a narrow view of what must turn her on and she insits upon limiting this book to only those sories. If you are her twin the book is great, but if you aren't then beware that this might not be your monies worth.
I guess that is always a chance you take with an anthology - but I thought that maybe Lori Selke could redeem her value in the literary world as an editor with this one. Guess not.

Review: I think it is hilarious that William Vollmann wrote the introduction to this book. It shows how low he will stoop to get his name on something. I wonder if he writes about his moronic escapades with junkie prostitutes? How erotic that is. I know it turns me on.
