Review: I got this book when attending a workshop taught by Mr. LoMonico. Since then I have turned to it for more uses than I possibly could have imagined. Now it sits on top of my desk and is the first place I look for Shakespeare trivia on the man, his life, and of course, the plays. This book does go for breadth of information rather than depth, but sometimes that's all you need. Recently, I have used the lists of plays by length, actors who have played Hamlet, and timeline of Shakespeare's life. The summaries of the plays are invaluable for finding that one famous line you can't remember the source of. This book is great for quick reference for the casual reader, teacher or student.
