Rating: Summary: Sis Boom Bah Review: Sis Boom Bah was an exciting and fast paced read. It's a story about murder, about family, and about love. The murder part of the book adds excitement and thrill to the novel. It makes you wonder what will happen next. Then there is the part about family. Not only does this book touch base on what its like when your mother has a heart attack, but it also elaborates on sibling rivalry. In the story, Deborah doesn't get along with her sister Sharon at all. After discovering a dead body, they come to realize that they need to team up and find who really commit the murder. They realize that they are each other's alibi. Love is also a pig part of the plot line. In the beginning of the book, Deborah and Sharon both have a crush on their mother's doctor. When he winds up dead, they both have to find new people to love. The book is great if you fight with your sister, it shows you that you need to over come this and get along. It made me feel bad every time I was fighting with my sister. Its also an uplifting novel if you are looking for love in your forties and have either been married many times or never married at all. Its also a good book if you need something to just curl up in bed and read. Its fast paced, so you can read it in only a few sittings even though it seems kind of long.
