Review: This was the first book by Don Coldsmith that I readed. I found that this book was great reading. At the start of the book a young White Buffio had a vision of the coming of the horse,{Elkdog}. though his wisdom he lead his people to befreind a spanard whom they called Headsoff. A must read for anyone whom is interested in the North American Native way of life. This and his other book in the series of the Spanish Bit Saga
