Review: This book is wonderful fun. The stories use the letter form in as astonishing variety of ways. Usually I read anthologies by dipping into them from time to time, but this one I read straight through for the incremental pleasure of discovering yet another ingenious manipulation of the form. Pool's brief introductory notes to each story are perfect, giving just enough to whet the appetite without giving anything away. A GREAT Christmas gift for any reader.
