Review: Everything Sauling Wong writes she writes with care, concern, wit, tact, and an immense respect for literary texts. This study is a classic by now, and the more "transnational" work beyond it can only renew its relevance and care. No diasporic opportunism would find a home here in such close and caring readings of the US Asia/Pacific texts of worldliness and quest.
