Review: Brenda came to my house where I bought a copy of her book. I had so many questions that I could not ask her the answers. My son knew Clay Smith and said he could not believe that Clay had done these things, because he was always the one who was walking behind in the group(NOT BECAUSE HE WAS EVIL OR STRANGE HE WAS JUST NOT AN OUTSPOKEN PERSON). The one who was always scared to try anything. The one that when someone said Boo would run. I know this was still very painful for her to talk about. The answers were found in her book. I have two children and four grandchildren. I want them all to read this powerful story. I feel the part about Clay Smith life was also a terrible waste.I know with all my heart that GOD WANTS US TO FORGIVE PEOPLE FOR THE EVIL THEY DO TO US. BECAUSE GOD SAYS IF YOU CANNOT FORGIVE THEM , HOW WILL I AND OTHERS FORGIVE YOU FOR YOUR SINS. What Clay Smith did was so terrible, if he had done that to one of my family I to would feel pain and suffer. I would want the same things these families wanted,to see him suffer too. I pray that none of these things ever enter my life as they have entered this family. I had seen Brenda around the Pine Bluff area for a long time. I had no ideal her life had so many sorrows. She seem to try to keep a smile on her face and was getting by. She always looked nice, I wish I had known her better, I feel that now maybe I DO. I and my family wish her all the best with her book. I hope she gets the dream she wants of getting the Violin with Samantha name on it, I believe she said she wanted it donated to the school where Samantha went to school at. I am sure if there is a way Brenda will find it, This story would make a great movie, it may be able to help other kids see what drugs can do to someone. Some of these kids need a wakeup call out there. I work for the sheriff's office and I see so many wasted life's out there. Let them see this side of the drugs. the side the dealers never want them to see. The pain the sorrow, the heartbreak, before they ever see the drugs. Show it in schools let them read about Five people who lives were destroyed , and the real pain this drug causes to the families.

Sam your life was so short, but I believe your life will touch so many PEOPLE. I hope they take your pain and learn from it till all your pain is gone from your heart. Show the world Little Girl, Teach the children the way you wanted to do. Teach them that if they play with fire they will get burned. Sam you never stood so tall as you are standing now, THIS IS YOUR DAY TO SHINE. YOU GO GIRL.
