Summary: Great for those who really don't get into reading!!!!!
Review: I received the book as a freebie, and I am not an avid reader at all. I deceided to give it a shot, and to my surprise it was good!!! I didn't want to put it down, but had to, life to live ya know. I loved reading about Glory and her dealings with life, felt terrible for Lily and just couldn't stand the villian Hope, but isn't that what it's all about!!! Looking for more books from this author, she doesn't ever leave you bored, always moving!!!!

Review: I recieved this book as a freebie about 2 years ago, and recently when I ordered another one, they sent it again. I decided I would give it a try, though very skeptical. This book is by far the best I have ever layed my hands on. I was going through the book so fast that I had to force myself to stop reading it because I didnt want the book to end. I dont think I can read another book because I'm sure nothing can compare to this work of art. When I finished the book I was sad because I knew there was nothing left! I just finished it today and I'm already thinking about the book! All I can say is that this book is worth every minute you spend reading it!

Review: I usually don't read romance books. One of my friends bought me this book. Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down. It has suspense, mystery, humor, and of course, romance.

She is the first author who writes about N.O. and gets the streets, etc. correct. The romance is very good, as was the mystery. I read Shocking Pink and felt she could not write one as good as that one, but how wrong I was. I still have 3 more of her books to read and I am looking forward to all of them. If you pick up a book by Erica Spindler, you CANNOT GO WRONG. If you notice, all of her books got 5 star ratings. Well, one got 4 1/2*'s. I cannot recommend enough that you pick up on one (no, on all of her books). You WON'T be sorry.

Review: My overall impression of this book was that it was good. Not great, not terrible, just plain good. As an avid reader of Spindler's I must say that this long anticipated book should have been anything but. The storyline was very unreal as well as the characters. Gloria seemed to be a too annoyingly perfect: The beautiful, spoiled, rich daddy's girl who always gets what she wants. The plot was very predictable, (gee, I wonder if Gloria will get the man that she's been pining over? Hmmmm, well since she gets everything else......) and at times, the storyline grew dull and quite boring. If you want to read the book just to see what all the fuss is about, all the power to you. But don't say that I didn't warn you.
