Summary: The best book ever written
Review: This book grips you from the first sentence only to drag you into the depths of deception and international espionage. Ludlum's first paragraph is beautifully written and it only gets better. Ludlum has a phenominal way with words. This is by far the best book that I have ever read and I don't mean this lightly. Ludlum makes you feel a part of this character and leaves you feeling as if you are in Bourne's shoes. This was the first Ludlum book I have read and it is by far his best. His other books are also excellent. I highly recommend reading this book and then re-reading it several more times each time it only seems to get better!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Ludlum is one of the greatest storytellers of all time.
Review: Jason Bourne is the greatest character I have ever read about. He has an overwhelming personality and everyone is with him every step of the way.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The best in the series.
Review: It's unfit to compare this book to the next two in the Bourne series, since this is orders of magnitude superior. This is among the first espionage books I've read in my life and I still recall the passion and danger interleaved within these pages -- keeps you guessing who Jason Bourne really is. If you are into intelligence stuff and have not yet read this book, I highly recommend that you do so. Just be prepared to get dissapointed with the next two (which you will buy anyway, since this one's so good).

Summary: WHAT A GREAT READ
Review: I am a voracious reader, so I am not easily impressed; but this has to be one of the best books i've ever read. It will have your heart and your mind racing from the first chapter. It's so intelligently done, it will make you wonder if Ludlum is somehow involved in a little covert activities himself....

Give yourself a gift, read the whole series of Bourne books, you will not be disappointed!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This is Ludlum at his best
Review: This is the fourth Ludlum book and it just too much to handle. Make sure that you read the identity, then the supremacy, and finally the ultimatum for maximum enjoyment. Another book is the Holcroft covenant. Ludlum's pace is just gripping and he is the king of espionage. Upto date I have read 13 Ludlum Novels. He is my favourite.

Summary: Amazing!!!!!!
Review: This was the first Ludlum book I have ever read. I thought I'd start it before I went to school and found myself late for school! I was hooked, and once I'd turned every page I began The Bourne Supremacy, and once I fineshed thet I read The Bourne Ultimatum And after that I sat back and realized I could breath again!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Gripping!
Review: I had to read it more than once! Hooked me on Ludlum.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Make this one the first Ludlum novel you read!
Review: This was the first book from Ludlum I ever read. It proved to be a superb start and made me the fan of an incredible storyteller. Missing it would be a big mistake, but be prepared for not being able to put it down!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: superb pace and fantastic story line.
Review: The story line is pulsating and original. It is like you are in the role of Cain when you first begin the book as you know next to nothing about who you are. The pace then quicken toward the middle of the book as we see the plot and sub-plot of the author which make you want to read the whole book in one sitting. The ending is excellent which is the prologue to the next book in the series, The Bourne Supremacy.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: AA++
Review: The Bourne Identity was the first Ludlum novel I ever read. It was a racy thriller that literally consumed my curiosity and held me hostage up until I finished the book. It was a very, VERY difficult book to put down.
