Summary: Nail bitting thriller
Review: This is a very good book. I felt like I was sitting on the edge of my seat, watching a movie. The entire book takes place in two days, and are they ever exciting. You get to see the killers perspective as well as that of the victems. You will be keeping track of the minutes. This is a fun read.

Summary: Simply Amazing Plot!
Review: This is one book that fans of Mary Higgins Clark should not miss. It simply has an amazing plot, and the way the author describes the characters in the book is simply fantastic. This was my first Mary Higgins Clark book, and I immediately liked her other books after reading this one. The characters are very enticing, and I still have a vivid image in my mind, even though I read this a month ago. Unfortunately, I rated this book "4 Stars", which is because the author included too many characters in the story, which makes the reader rather confused sometimes. Other than that, everything else is great, which is why I encourage mystery and thriller fans to try their hands at this novel.

Summary: One of her best!
Review: This is one of Mary Higgins Clark's best books! The plot thickens with every page. A non stop reader, you can't put it down. I suggest it to all Mary Higgins Clark fans! A must read.

Summary: A suspensful and thrilling novel
Review: This was my first Mary Higgins Clark book. It was requested reading on my ninth grade reading list for the summer. At first when I saw the cover, it looked boring, but when I started the book, I couldn't put it down. I felt like I needed to be a detective in the book and tell Hugh and Steve where Sheron and Neil were hidden. I give this book 5 stars and request that it be read by many others.

Summary: A Very Good Book!!!!!!!!!! ;-)
Review: This was the first book of Mary Higins Clark's that I read and it made me want to read more. This is a great book explaining about a kiddnapping and the agony the family goes through. It made my palms sweat!! I have read 3 other Mary Higgins Clark mysteries, and they all have been very good. She is an excellent writer.

Summary: WOW!
Review: This was the second book I read of MHC, and my personal favorite. It always kept me wondering and when I thought I had reached a decision about who the "bad guy" was, she would throw in another twisted detail that would make the already complex plot, a little more complicated and horrorfying!

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Overwhelming and saturated plot
Review: Too many characters, stories, and hard to follow plots. Did not keep my interest. Certainly not on par with such masterpieces as "Contagion" or "Simple Plan."
